The Tire Shoppe

went in for a tire patch on a Saturday morning. They got me in pretty quick which was good. The guy at the counter was fine, not super friendly but not rude either. I waited about 45 minutes which felt a bit long for just a patch but whatever. The price wasnt bad I guess, in line with what I expected. They fixed the leak so thats all that really matters. I dont know if Id go out of my way to come back but it did the job.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. The female that works alongside management is VERY rude and unprofessional. The business does not hold the mechanics liable for their errors. They stole all of the lug nuts off of my GMC Yukon XL even though they could not do anything with them without my factory made key. The lady tried to tell me that I arrived there without the lug nuts even though I allowed them to use my custom key to take them off to replace my break pads. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT. As a ten year Army veteran the service and treatment my husband and I received was unprofessional and inexcusable. We will never return. They also gave us a pack of lug nuts that can’t even be used with our vehicle. SOME CHEAP SHIT. THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL SCAM AND THEY ARE GETTING AWAY WITH IT. I will be filing a police report against them as they stole from me. **CHECK THE RESPONSE/COMMENT FROM OWNER AND SEE HOW PROFESSIONAL HE/SHE IS LOL**** how dumb do you have to be to think my lug nuts only cost 5.00 for a GMC YUKON XL SLE??? The ones provided didn’t fit my truck smart ass. While you’re being so ugly on the internet how about you respond to the hundreds of other horrible re

This was my second time using this shop the first time I went in I had my air conditioner fixed. They fix the air and supposedly the heat. They purchased an air conditioner kit. They put the parts on my car and when I picked it up I drove about a mile down the road and my air conditioner stopped blowing. When I took it back to the shop they told me that I needed and actuator switch which should have been put on when they fix the air conditioner system. I ended up paying more money for that switch and also the labor. After having what I thought will be the repair for the air conditioner to work correctly they ended up charging me double plus I had to come off some more money to get the switch fixed. Fast forward 4 years later I ended up trusting them again with my vehicle and I took it in needing a repair on my radiator they did a diagnostic on my car and came back and told me that I needed the radiator the thermostat two fans two hoses a radiator cap and the coolant needed necessary. I had other diagnostic tests ran on my car for several different things but just got the radiator and other things that goes along with that fixed my total was over 2,500 for parts and labor. I picked
